Innovative water treatment technology will save both space and energy

Invention analysis titled "BIOFILM NITRIFICATION-CONTACT DENITRIFICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD", of which Prof. Dr. Hayrettin Güçlü İnsel, Prof. Dr. Emine Çokgör, Associate Professor Didem Okutman Taş and Giyasettin Güneş are among the inventors of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering Department. Patent Certificate was obtained from Russia and Turkey. This work was awarded a silver medal at the 7th ISIF International Invention Fair organized within the scope of Teknofest 2022.
